Is it possible to add some new views in addition to what we have already, also maybe this would take up to much computer resource , but is it also possible to have the water look and behave {real waves}the way it does in the Naval game Enigma Rising tide. Ps -- I would really like that game if i could only figure out how to depth charge the subs.

I think the DO have new views. They have something akin to Active camera that allows you to view while moving around and about the aircraft!

I wish they'd make it possible to finally have the ground textures render at their sharpest detail in FRONT of the plane, for flying in the cockpit.
This has been the one and only major irritant I've ever had with FS.
Here you are in the cockpit, and your computer is busily chugging out these high detail ground textures right underneath your floor!
This of course makes complete sense if you're dipping your wings and looking down a lot - or using spot view, and I think it makes the most sense overall.
But it would sure be nice to have the option of NOT wasting your computer resources on ground you cannot even see, while waiting for the airport to "pop in" in front of you.

Great advice! I always thought of this one too..

Assuming the function itself wasn't ridiculously hard to implement I'd imagine this would have to be one of those "tweaks" that you don't have a function for in the menus.
One of those things you only find out about via FS related message boards...

Dead here too, and oh boy this is something I've been after for literally years and years now.
It's not at all uncommon for me to do an entire flight without once looking underneath the plane or anywhere near underneath the plane.
I hope there's another link somewhere on the net we could be directed to! lol

It wasn't hard to find. Simply trim the URL back to the root, then follow the Archive links to the correct date... Internet 101... ;)
Or, more simply... remove the PERIOD from the end of the URL... :+

Yes, it's simple to do that, Bill. But I wanted to let Mike know that the link didn't work as a clicky.
