WHen I install Flight Simulator X, the first flight I plan on doing will originate from Sanderson Field (KSHN) in Shelton, Washington. It is my home airport as I live only a mile away from it IRL and I plan on seeing if they have made it more accurate.

From there, I plan on making a series of VFR flights within Washington State, mainly around the Puget Sound area of Washington State to investigate any new scenery features and to explore the new scenery as a whole.

Afterwards, I plan on starting a VFR flight from Sanderson Field that will take me over U.S. Highway 101 and the south half of the Interstate 5 freeway cooridor towards the Mount St. Helens region to investigate the scenery there (and hope that they've corrected the LWM/VTP data for Highway 504, and Spirit Lake).

I then plan on adding my Mount St. Helens Scenery Package (available at AVSIM for those who may be interested) if backwards compatability is possible, and then from there I'll be adding the numerous addons that I have downloaded before, and adding the ones that I am currently working on now.

What im doing first is going to KSEA (default) and compare the graphics/frame rates/sounds/lighting effects. All that kinda stuff and see if it was worth the wait. Then im going to see the improved landmarks and sights, such as the statue of liberty, Eiffel tower, London eye etc.

I will be departing from klas,(Las Vegas)and fly a northwest heading about 90 nm into the tonopah test range, better known as area 51 to see if they have included any special scenery out there. I am not really expecting they will but we can all certainly hope.

Definatly gonna check out the homefront first. The default scenery left a lot to be desired in FS9 for my neck of the woods until Freeflow Florida came out. It looked like the 1920s with barns near the beach instead of condos.

I'm going to be departing from 8A6 and just fly around in that area. Hopefully it'll look better.

I'm probably going to set the default loaded flight to FLHZ (Franklin County Airport) in North Carolina (the airport I train at in real-life). I'll probably fly to RDU (Raleigh-Durham International) from FLHZ in a Cessna or something.

I probably start off at my hometown airport (KSNA). I hope it is detailed. If not I will probably install Shreves KSNA scenery into FSX.

I'm flying down to San Juan this Friday, as I do a few times a year (flying on CO, not my Dakota!).

If MS can just put the Caribe Hilton in place, I'll be happy! ;-)

As to where I will start off in FSX: Taking a look at the panel.cfg file!

I'll get around to flying it, eventually!

Yep! After I "break in" FSX with my first inaugural flight, I am going to open up the aircraft, sound, and panel configuration files to learn the new config file structure.

I will probably depart ASH 32, hang a right at CHERN, do a touch and go on MHT 6 and depart the area for BHB, or maybe check out LCI and 8B8 before heading "down east".
