First, I want to say that the screenshots so far are simply JAW-DROPPING! Kudos to the Microsoft Flight Simulator development team!

I would simply like to list a few features that I would like to present to the FS team

1. Aircraft and birds reflection on the water

The reflective water is an amazing new feature that reflects the clouds and terrain onto the water. However, this screenshot proves that there is no reflection of the aircraft on the water surface:

2. Shadows at night

What I mean by this, is that the airport night lighting doesn't seem like real "lights". I am requesting that airport lights give off light, causing shadows and reflections. Heres a pic to show what I mean:

3. Sparkling night lights

When flying at night (in the real world), the city lights seem to "sparkle" as you pass through the air. This is usually seen in the distance rather than nearby, but makes FSX SIGNIFICANTLY more realistic!

4. Windshield rain effects

In FS2004, the rain drops hit the screen...and disappear! I would like to request that FSX have rain effects that would keep the rain on the windshield in beads, and leave streams of raindrops running down the windshield.

(...and now, my last one)

5. Jet Blast and Exhaust effects

This is one request that I would like to emphasise to the MS development team. It makes take-off's much more realistic.

Well...I guess thats it. I don't know what ATC has in store, or GPS, or aerodynamics, so I can't comment. By what I've seen so far...FSX looks irresistable!

Mr. Eastern,
"The reflective water is an amazing new feature that reflects the clouds and terrain onto the water. However, this screenshot proves that there is no reflection of the aircraft on the water surface: "

Please look again at the screenshot you're showing. The zig zag shape in the bottom center of the image *is* the reflection of the aircraft in the water's surface. The image is distorted (as in real life) by the movement of the water/bump map.

I've isolated the reflection at the link below.

Cheers,

Jason

Actually...your right! I didn't see that initially. This screenshot shows the effect much more dramatically. Thats one thing I can cross off my wish list!
