There are a few other things I want improved but make sure that all the add ons that I spent time downloading and that I spent money for ARE COMPATIBLE WITH THE NEW VERSION! I don't want to have to do that all over again! Who agrees with me.

I think many people disagree. I'd rather see a greatly improved program, with all sorts of great new features etc, instead of saying all the things from previouss versions should all still be hanging on.

That's wrong. Many authors have put their time into creating amazing aircraft that look great in FS. Seeing as FS10 won't actually improve aircraft graphics much (they can't get much better) I don't see why backwards compatibility should be a problem. Anyway, as far as I know, the only improvements to AC in FS10 are bump-mapped textures.

It's obvious FS10 won't come with all the planes in the world, so if we already have a massive collection for FS9 we don't want to wait for all those to be replicated for FS10. We want the best of both worlds, right? ;)

As far back as FS2002 works for me...Gmax should be ok I'm guessing...but not FS2000...FSDS 1 is too out-dated...

Hey...Lets face it...The default aircraft in FS9 do not hold a candle to a majority of the Freeware offerings...In Fact allot of the Freeware offerings are just down right Spectacular!!!...It would be a real shame if they all had to be tossed aside....

You just even hint to me that I can't use Eric Cantu's 727 with Richard Probst's panel and you've talked me right out of buying FS10!!...No matter how good the sim is!! What...give up my SGA DC-9's and MD's...your joking right!! Cantu,LIC,KBT,Coral Flt,Yannick...Just a Really quick (very incomplete) list of folks I'm not willing to toss over my shoulder Anytime soon...Way Way too much good stuff there!!!

Don't get me started on some of my (Growing Stable) of Payware stuff!!

Not that MS is going to miss my 45 or 50 bucks...Just let me know my Aircraft carrier stuff won't work in FS10...That way I can go buy some more stuff for FS9...
