View Full Version : Night panel

I decide to modificate my old 737's 3rd party panel, and add few gauges with switches. I rubed away old painted switches in Photoshop. So when I flying at day it's all OK. But when I turn on the light in a cockpit at night, I see that old painted switches appeared again and located under new switches.
Please HELP, where can I find this file with old night panel, and replace it with new?

I would hazard a guess that there are actually two bitmap images, or maybe more, in the panel folder and one of them would be the night view which is "an illuminated" version of the daytime panel which shows up when you switch on the lights although I have not encountered this myself it is the only explanation I can think of. Have a look in the folder and see if there is more images of the panel and if not then I am at a loss.
Hope that helps?

I suspect that the "night panel" is in one of the gauges, and is part of the bitmap resources.
The recent iFLY747 release actually has ALL the panel graphics contained in the gauges...
Using FS Panel Studio, you can "extract" any gauge's bitmap resource, edit it with Photoshop (or whatever paint program you use) and then "replace" it in the gauge's resources. ;)
