Program will not work

I sent you an email I have written on this forum a couple of times and still no repsonse. I have recently ran into a problem in which after reinstalling the program it will not work. The main screen will freeze and the program will not respond. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but with the same results. How about a little help here. I have been a loyal user of your program for some time.
