310 VC

Hi Folks,

I wish I could relate to you at what point this issue started but, I'm not sure.

My VC cockpit is showing up flat and gray. The gauges are there but, the panel is no longer 3D. When I pan around everything is gray. I have installed both the update and the VC gauge mod.

Any thoughts?

Hmm, sounds like the VC textures could be missing for some reason. If you haven't changed anything recently like video drivers or settings in any FS9 or 310 config files, I would suggest reinstalling the 310. But, before you do a reinstall, you might try running a repaint through Text0Matic and fly the repaint to see if the textures are working.

Definitely "missing" textures, however before doing what Todd suggested, just re-boot your machine first and check again.

Hi,

Sorry it took so long to get back to you, but work is starting to interfer with my play time.

I followed your advise and tried to run a new paint scheme through the T-O-M only to discover that the 310 template is not in the file. The two .bin files are there, but nothing else.

Should I do a complete reinstall of my 310?

Yes, I'd suggest reinstalling. Sounds like you have more than a few files missing :o
