A36: Can't Get GNS 430 to Load (DIFFERENT GUY)

Hey, I just bought the A36 and it is amazing, except the GARMIN 430 won't load. I get the exact same error seen in the screenshot here...

I tried to go to www.reality-xp.com but can't find where to get updates. Do I need to buy them, or just download them since I already bought the A36? I'm new, so be nice. Thanks a lot. C ya.
