Hi there,

If you have any other RealityXp products, please make sure they are updated to v2005 as well (free upgrade at the RealityXP homepage :))

Other than that, please wait for Jean-Luc, he will be available in a few hours.

Best regards, Elmar

You may consider reinstalling the Garmin Trainer. Could you confirm you have installed the Garmin 400 Trainer included in the A36 installer?

Hey guys, thanks for the replies, this is my first RealityXP product and yep I did reinstall the Garmin Trainer....But I got it figured out. I guess the program was looking for the DLL in the program files, in a Symantec folder, I found the DLL but it was in C:/Windows/System32, so I made a Symantec folder in Program Files and copied the DLL into that folder......ta-da. Problem fixed :D

I downloaded the A-36 earlier today, and went through the install. When I try to load the plane and go to fly, I get an error message about the 16 bit sub system. I went to the microsoft page, but can not seem to get it to work, as what is listed at microsoft is about missing files. On the message that comes up it lists something about a dll failed to initalize in the symantec directory, of which I do not even have. I am attaching the message about the sub system and the fatal error message. I hope someone can help.
