Hi guys,
I just bought the new A36, got it installed and am very unhappy. My framerates are awful. I'm getting 10-11 fps in 2D and 3D cockpits. This makes it impossible to use. I have "ALL" of Dreamfleets add-ons and this is the first one that has ever not been useable. I really would like to get a refund for this. Please direct me in how to go about this.
Thanks for your help,
Hawk
P.S. I have already un-installed it from my system.

Well, how is your system? (Specs?) The A36 is the most advanced aircraft for Flight sim today, and yes, it is more rough than the past C310 or Archer, etc... Personally, I run the A36 with frames around 10, sometimes 20, and do not have any gripes with it ;-)

If you want a refund you can contact F1 customer support: http://www.flight1.com/view.asp?page=service#contact

I have FS fps locked at 15.. usually around 11fps with most addons..
I dont have much of a problem with this. I was under the impression that thge human eye can only see at 18fps or something (Dont know if thats true)

Hope to get the A36 soon, looks like a great GA plane! :)

Sorry to hear that, but like Ryan said, go to the Flight1 customer support page. It is no problem getting a refund from them.
