I just installed the update for the 310 charlie mike. Upon loading the aircraft, most all of the guages have the black covers on them. Clicking on them does nothing. As a matter of fact,no switches will click at all. WHAT DID I DO to cause this? It worked fine in FS9 until I applied the update. It has been a while since I flew her. Any suggestions? I hope to avoid a reinstall, because this was one of my first flight1 purchases and I don't have th CC info or the e-mails. I was on AOL Looooong ago, now I use Comcast. What could I do? Thanks! Best regards, J.Moss P.S. The 177 update works fine if that helps.

This is caused by a license issue. Make sure that your C310 license file is in your C:\FlightOneSoftware folder. Sounds as if your license file was moved or deleted. If you can't find the file, I'd suggest reinstalling the 310. You can do so quite easily with your key file that was issued to you when you purchased the download.

Hi Todd, Thanks for responding so quickly. I checked my Flight1 folder on my C drive, and the License file is there. Also my proof of purchase HTML file with the order number is there too. I am going to uninstall the 310 and go to download the AC again so I can get the wrapper file I need. Quick Question.. Should I use add-remove programs or the uninstall in the program files? Thanks in advance for the amazing service that Flight1 and all involved give to the customers! Best regards, J.Moss

Yes, use add/remove. :-)

Hey guys, all is good now. I am up and running again. Thanks so much for the help. You're #1 in customer support. I know I said this before, but it just blows me away how much flight1 / dreamfleet cares about their customers. Thanks! Best regards, J.Moss
