I'm very sorry to hear that you've had this problem! Normally this stuff is quite robust. I'm suprised that you need to use licenses and keys on the CD version of the product, though; I would have thought they'd just use the final .exe installer. I've never bought a CD version of a Flight1 product though.
I've been away from this forum for about a year (I'd stopped using FS for a while) and the forums aren't anywhere near as active as they used to be. Maybe the support forums can be set to email the appropriate staff when a new thread is created?
And DF and Flight1 are still miles better than their competitor in the 727 payware market, who shut down their support forum completely! :o
I can only encourage you to have another go! Flight1 and Dreamfleet are still first-class FS developers, and many people list Flight1 and/or Dreamfleet products as their all-time favourites! And I'm sure that support will be tightened up as a result of your case.
