No touchdown smoke effect

Hey guys, when I click on instant replay and watch the replay of the landing, I don't see any touchdown smoke effect nor do I hear any noise associated. Is this right?

Touchdown effects here. I don't remember any touchdown sound from spot view, though. Make sure your effects slider is FS is maxed.
