I'm trying to select the 727 on my FS9 and when do select it the whole simulator closes. Just as if I had exited the simulator. So I restart it again and the whole thing happens again. It only occurs with the selection of this aircraft. What do you think the problem might be?
Sincerely Yours,
Gabriel

Are you running Windows ME? What are your system specs? Do you get any error messages. You need to give us more info:)

Dear Sir,
No I use windows XP. I use a DELL XPS With 200GIGA harddrive.
I use a ATI RADEON video card with 256 MB. I also have 2 GIGA of RAM.
To be fair sir I have little experience with computers. My nephew suggested this was a very good system. If you think that the computer system is the problem, please let me know, so I can buy or upgrade anything on my system.
Sincerely Yours,
Gaby

Sir,
Forgot to add, I get no error messages. The flight simulator simply quits and I find myself at the desktop having to restart the simulator.

Gabriel

A couple of ideas you might try:
1. Did you try to reinstall?
2. Is the config you are attempting to load the same plane that you
set up in the Config. Manager ie. are you trying to load a 100 when you only configured the 200.
3. Did you first load over the FS Default at Seattle.

Sir,
I did try to reinstall, however the other points you make I'll check on tonight when I get home from work. Tommorrow I'll post the answers to these points. Thanks for your time and help.
Sincerely Yours,
Gabriel

I had the exact same problem, because I unwrapped the flight1 e-commerce wrapper on my laptop and then installed only the unwrapped executable on my home desktop.
I solved the problem by uninstalling the 727 from my home desktop, then re-installing the download from flight1, unwrapping the software using my key all on the SAME computer. (Must be a thing about a non-portable license using the unwrapped installer?)

Your computer isn't the issue:)
Please try the other suggestions listed (especially starting with the default Seattle/Cessna flight) and let us know the results.

Sir,
I reinstalled everything again, including FS9. I configured the aircraft through your configure program and select it in the simulator with the default seattle airport. Still have the same problem.
However sir I see someone else posted a message stating he had the same problem because he installed it first in his laptop, then in his other computer. My situation is similar, I downloaded the product from the computer in my office, because I do not have internet at my house. I then burned the setup file and the registration key onto a CD which I took home and proceeded to install the aircraft on my home computer where I have the FS9 installed. This is the process I've used when buying other aircraft including the ATR500 and it always worked. You think this is the problem? And if so how do I go around it?
Sincerly Yours,
Gabriel

This is likely the problem. I suggest contacting Flight1 through their customer support pages. They will be able to help you get a key and generate a licesnce file for use in this type of situation.
