Configuration Not Saved?

I am saving the 727 as ready for start up ,727-200 passenger with random load in the 727 configuration software and save than exit.I load up FS9 and select the default 172 at ksea and than switch to the 727\200 Northwest Airlines and the aircraft loads with all the engines running and everything ready for take-off.I have done the config 3 times same thing happens,any ideas?

Just tried this one Jeff and it worked as it should do.

Can you send me screenshots of the fe panels after it loads up. Also, try cutting engine 3, exit fs, use config manager again and load up fs......all 3 engines running?
