View Full Version : Undocking windows - cosmetic problem

Hi,

I downloaded the plane yesterday, looks really great and I was pretty impressed by the framerate.
I use two monitors and I wanted to put the autopilot on the second monitor. When I undocked the AP window, I noticed it created a big window with the autopilot and a big black space below it.
I am sure it is a matter of changing something in the panel.cfg file but I did not have time to look at it.
Did anyone have the same problem ??

Thanks

Olivier

Not a problem, just the way Paul created the window, in order to anchor it. Could he have done it another way? Yes, but that was Paul's decision, not mine. ;-)

It's **possible** that this **could** be changed in the panel.cfg, but I am not sure how Paul created the gauge itself.

So, Mr. Golding will know best, and perhaps he may want to change this for a future update.

OK, I will wait for an answer from Paul and try to look at the panel.cfg file. I think this should be corrected in future updates because it does not look good, especially on a fine add-on like this one (positive criticism).
This should be done the ATR way :-)

Thanks,

Olivier

>> I think this should be corrected in future updates

I second that, especially since it was asked before in the DF Forum, if the undocking works the "usual" way. Paul had asked the beta testers and they confirmed it.

>> especially on a fine add-on like this one

and that I second again.
A 727 really made to fly and not to guesstimate like other products.
It's gorgeous !!
