Hi,

When I employ the usual keystroke command to advance throttles (F4) to t/o power, only the number 1 engine responds. I have to advance and / or retract the number 2 and 3 throttles individually which is very awkward. Am I missing something in the flt engineers panel which would allow me to advance all 3 throttles at the same time ?

Thanks for the advice.

So, on the throttle quad, if you press F4 only engine one responds? (visually only engine one responds?)

F4 :-eek Oh s**t call maintainence :-roll

So much went into getting this thing to operate like Boeing meant it to, and then I read of F4 take-offs like they're somethng normal LOL!!!

Seriously though, please look at the kneeboard at the very least and note the settings to use in the performance tables based on your flight situation........as a rough guide, you should look for about EPR 2.0 for take-off power..........and that ain't nothing like F4 :-)

As for the problem of engine control, I find it often happens after messing about with the doors, you know shft+E+1, shft+E+2. In those keystokes (depending on your keyboad timing) you have also keyed E+1 i.e. Eng 1. If it happens again, try E+1,2 and 3, then try setting engine power.

Thanks Paul. I messed about some more and got the throttles working properly.

Now about that inflight loo ..... ;)
