Confusion Over Electrical System

Ok, when I move the "AC Meters Selector" to the "Gen 1" position, the "frequency meters" and "volt meters" immediately go to zero?

Secondly, Where is "No.1" on the "Essential Power" button. All I see is Apu, standby, Gen 1, Gen 2 etc.

AC Meters selection simply selects which power source you want to monitor. The Gen 1 is reading Zero because the engine is off, thus the generator is not running.

No.1 I believe means Gen 1 concerning the Essential Power.
