Requesting help, support from the Dreamfleet geniuses...

Salutations!

I have taken note that replacement splash screens have become very popular in FS2002 since you boys released SSR. I was wondering, I have this project in the works....could you possibly adapt SSR for CFS2 use???

Would bring a whole new realm of addons to CFS2, which has been lulling lately because most designers are either creating stuff for FS2002, or are waiting for CFS3 to be released in the coming months..

As always, any help appreciated!

Hi Ridge,

As much as we might like to, we simply do not have the time for it. These days we barely have time for sleep! :-eek

Perhaps some other commercial developer would take up the challenege, and do one for CFS, as we did for FS2002! ;-)

It took Tom Main less than a day to do it.

Here is a picture of the template. Of course, pictures are interchangeable in a way similar to creating splash screens for FS2002.

Hi Ridge,

Nice template, but I must say noooooo....

We're not going to bother Tom Main with this, as he is MUCH too busy.

However, here is a link to someone who I am quite sure would be happy to do their own version of SSR, as they are one of the best commercial developers around, and always love to give away stuff for free. They could probably knock out a CFS version in an hour or so, and would certainly benefit from all the publicity such would bring, as we have.

I'm sure they would be happy to do it, and so sorry that we do not have the time right now.

Thnx again, Mr. Betti. I can understand your position. You have the A340, Boeing 727, and Cessna 310 in the works. You guys shouldn't take time off those products that hundreds, maybe thousands of flight simmers are waiting for just to help 1 guy's little quest for recognition, lol!

I will see if Mr. Kirkland will help me out, and I appreciate all the help you have been.

I will notify the forum here on whether or not this thing is a go.
