Fuel pump switches

Hi!

A quick question. If I select a fuel pump to the "off" position isn't the engine (with crossfeed off) using that fuel tank supposed to run out of fuel and eventually flame out?

If yes, is this modeled in GA737? If the answer is still yes, is there some setting (apart from realism at full) that I should select.

It is recommended to have realism at 50% with this air file.

I seem to recall reading somewhere, probably in the manual, that the engine can draw fuel from its own wing tank even with the pumps off using gravity feed. However, it cannot draw fuel from the center tank.
