Hiya lou +dreamfleet team,
May I make a sugestion about the upcomeing aircraft? For the 737 their is a modification available for download that creates a humming noise in the background to recreat the noise of the air conditioning and avionics buzz. This makes the environment much more realistic, could we have this noise come on when we turn the packs on in future releases? it would not be that hard to do?
It would be great to have because it is the first thing that strikes me when I board any commercial aircraft, that continuous hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm of the A/C.
let me know what you think.
Thanks lou!

Where may that sound file be found, and how well does it integrate with the current 737DF sounds? Thanks...

I can't remember actually!!!!!!!!!. give me your email and i'll send you the file, as for the integration, Ihave only tried it with fs 2000 I did not want to try with fs 2002 in case i screwed somthing up, thats why I am asking dreamfleet to include it as standard wit their 340/727.

I hate to tell you guys, and have previously, but we originally had that sound in the aircraft, and pulled it out for two reasons:

1. It added to performance strain on the system, as it was playing all the time.

2. You couldn't shut it off, even when in spot view, and we did not consider that to be realistic.

It was one of the first sounds we put in the panel, and also the first we took out! ;-)

There's not much that misses us, and always lots we can add, but then the more we add, the more we hear about frame rates! :-eek

The file can be found at Flightsim.com and it works just fine in FS2002 I am using it. It's a nice touch while I am on the ground before engine start :)

If y'all at Dreamfleet know about the sound file, and then decided not to use it, that's good enough for me. You're the experts! Thanks. :-)
