Lou perhaps you can help. I have requested a replacement key three times over several weeks. First time sent it to support. They gave me order page for request. I have filled it out and not heard anything. Beside the required info I also sent copy of my confirmation of sale in July.

I have new rig now and would really like to get back to flying the 737. Is anyone reading the request form? If not, is there another way?

Hi,

We will take care of this. We were having some issues with the key replacement system we were using, but hopefully it will be better going forward.
