Heres an idea.
Instead of just asking and giving NO details then waiting for someone else to come along and say "Sure, Lets meet at XYYZ at 1200 for some flyin", Hows about you set a place and time (in UTC please) for others to join you and see what happens.

Sort of like having a real party. You dont just say "How bout a party" and then wait for someone else to organise it for you, do you?
