What should the cost index for a short 200-1000nm flight be? That is here in the U.S.?

What would Southwest Use? In the UK it varies from airline to airline. You Southwest pilots do it seat of your pants, nice ;-)

According to my friend who files 737s for them, Continental uses a cost index of 48.
