I did not understand if the autopilot is able to perform the autoland, with both autopilot engaged (A and B) obviusly, without the FMC or it's necessary for the autopilot to perform the autoland. Many time's i tryed to perform the autoland with both autopilot's engaged, but it doesn't flare at all on the ILS runway but crashes every time.

I even thought that it could happen on ILS runway that are not II or III category, but I don't know!

Thanks in advance.

You don't need the FMC. If you've got the ILS tuned on both radios and they're in manual, you are good to go.

However, the autoland in FS2002 is "rough" to say the least. It will dip below the GS at the end and flare is vey slight (or none).

I've always tryed with the ILS tuned on both radios in manual position but with FS2002 there's no flare at all!

In FS2002, there's just no good flaring. What I do, is let the plane do the autoland and gently pull the yoke below 50 ft. This way, the speed drops a bit and the plane "sits" on the runway. This way, you can perform great landings, even with significant crosswinds.
