Lost Autobrakes

In the process of adding items, like fsuipc, fsnavigator, usb ch foot pedals etc. my autobrakes have ceased to activate when set for landing, (or rto on takeoff). I am suspicious that this is related to the foot pedals, but have not been able to confirm this thus far. I cannot find, or am overlooking this command in config.sys or airfiles. Anybody know a solution for this problem.
