There is no facility for adjusting the simulation rate on the 737 panel. This is intentional, as such a provision would be unrealistic, and also because the 737's clock is complex enough as it is. ;-)
Sim rate can be adjusted easily, either via the FS menu, or via keyboard. Check the keyboard assignments menu for information on adjusting sim rate with a simple key stroke.
Also, due to complexity of the autopilot / FMC, we do not suggest, nor do we support operation of the panel at any sim rate greater than 1:1. Once you speed up the sim rate, all bets are off as to the accuracy of operation. Remember, the real 737's systems are not asked to operate at twice or four times its normal speed.
