I've posted Build 132 on the mirror site: ourworld.cs.com/airportsupport. This version fixes the problem with rough taxiways. You can alternately designate a surface type for polygons. when you do this, you will see a rectange around the extents of the polygon, which you can orient to best fit the outline. The SCASM command surfacetype() is then generated. I've tested this in FS2002 and it fixes the bouncing nicely.
Many, Many folks are having problems with the BGL exclude files not working. I haven't tracked down whether the new FS ignores them, or something else is interferring. Meanwhile, keep feeding me info on your testing, and try the Section/Exclude together with/in place of the bgl excludes.
If Build 132 is stable, then I'll post a new full install and build update on www.flightsim.com
