Using "BGL Exclude File" Visual scenery all is excluded except the rivers. Is there any idea what is wrong?
There is photo-mesh-scenery over the seed. Is that the reason?

The BGL exclude file is an old way of excluding scenery. Have you tried to use the exclude entry in the scenery.cfg file instead? I assume you're running FS2000 or higher.
