Viewing .afd files how does one do it?

Hi hoe does one look at the .afd files?. I want to modify some of the lighting at some airports in Canada Sorry for the newbe
question.

The utility AFDTREE which is supplied with SCASM (and with Airport full install) will show the entries in an AFD file.
