and then...hmmmm, I could have the bell cranks and pedal arms cut out of 8mm.....

hmmmmm.... and, ;-) , I could have all the spacer plates and link arms for the anti-torque pedal assemby cut too...

I decided to get the airframe laser cut too in plywood !!! aghhhhhhhhhhhhh !!!.. ;-)

I just need to make a cardboard model first. The hoops will be 20mm ply (40mm total with too bonded pieces)..

ok, used the cad drawings to produce a small balsa model of the forward fuselage section that I need full size..

Printed it on a4 and cut out the balsa.. obviously on the full size the panels will be hoops (ie - hollow centeres ;-) )

it fits fine, so just increase the scale for the full size..
