Is It possible to assign the simulation rate to a key, I don't see it listed in fsk2002 kneeboard, or did I miss it ?

I'm using momentarily rocker switches I assigned ( R,+ )to one side and (r,-)and it works great. In the knee bd it is listed as
time compression. and you must first assign a key, any key.
I knew some one out there can help.
