Today we will be launching a Delta rocket at 9:30 a.m., EST. Anyone wishing to join in just go to multiplayer and my IP is 24.169.206.181 . This was an unplanned launch, untill now, because our sattelite may be gonna crash because we dtected some problems and we need to put up a replacement right away.

Unfortunately, by time we launched the rocket, the sattelite was already burning up in the atmosphere. The flight termination system was activated, destroying the rocket. We scrubbed the mission. The Weather sattelite, flown up on UR-S-1 began decaying from Geo orbit last night around 1 am. Abraham Worthington, who is in charge of the satelite immediately contacted me via phone, while he tried to sort out the problem. Unfortunately, the sattelite fired. What is left of it fell in the nevada dessert. We have teams heading our to the area to find the remains, and to try to find out why it lost altitude. The sattelite dropped from 800,000 feet to 120,000 feet in just a few hours. Possible reason was that Abraham W's joystick malfunctioned (the sattelite is always going on 1 of abrahams 3 PC's, the joystick is used for fine adjustments) causing it to sense full throttle, which has happened to some of our members before. This would have cause the sattelite to crash. Once we confirmed the crash, the rocket mission was cancelled. This all happended between 1 am and 9:45 am. The rocket was supposed to be used for a mid july launch, however it was destroyed after the mission was scrubbed. Construction of a new rocket is already underway. Here are some of what we heard this morning:
Phone conversation between Me and Abraham:
Me- Hello
Him- Yo its me abraham.
Me- Its 1 am.
Him- I know. UR-S-1's orbit is really decaying. We need something up there before 10:00 or its going to crash.

Me- Oh crap. Were screwed.
Him-Launch the UR-S-2 rocket. Its on the pad right.
