Can anyone help me to understand how to install scebary addons. Its totally confusing to me.

I am disabled and spent a lot of time on my computer and I want to be able to improve X-Plane.

installing scenery in X-Plane is a little confusing, and rather than spend the next hour or so trying to explain might, I suggest you download a scenery you wish to use, find the readme file giving details of the author (E-Mail address) then write and explain your difficulty.
Since you want to use their scenery they will send instructions. Sorry I am not being more helpful.
