Hi all

Ive been informed by Red1 that we will be holding an open server for IBNET tomorrow from 6pm onwards GMT.

The requirments are as follows please dont try behind a router as this causes ghost aircraft to appear :(,please have FS9 updated to v9.1, try to have the FS2004 Freeware DSB Design Hawk T1 installed on your PC(for the Red Arrows Paint scheme) also have Teamspeak and IBNET installed(ill run through IPs below) your more than welcome to watch or join in as were trying to get as many as possible to fly tommorow

To install IBNET got to http://www.ibirdsoft.altervista.org/ click downloads and download IBNetPlayer(1.08.202)V9.1.exe

install the program into ur main FS9 folder then go to www.diamond9.co.uk and go into forums section and find the Latest News & Announcements section in there a post has been made for luke with a file attached called smokefiles.zip, inside this zip are the following files and where to go

Panel folder --->Into DSB HWK_RAF_DISP main folder(overwrite all)
Aircraft.cfg --->Into DSB HWK_RAF_DISP main folder(overwrite all)
fx_Beacon.fx --->main FS9 effects folder (overwrite)
fx_Navgre.fx --->main FS9 effects folder (overwrite)
fx_Navred.fx --->main FS9 effects folder (overwrite)
fx_Navwhi.fx --->main FS9 effects folder (overwrite)
fx_Smoke_b.fx --->main FS9 effects folder (overwrite)
fx_Smoke_r.fx --->main FS9 effects folder (overwrite)
fx_Smoke_w.fx --->main FS9 effects folder (overwrite)
fx_Vortices.fx --->main FS9 effects folder (overwrite)
IBEffects.ini --->main FS9 modules folder (overwrite)
Lights.ini --->Into DSB HWK_RAF_DISP main folder
Smoke1.ini --->Into DSB HWK_RAF_DISP main folder
Smoke2.ini --->Into DSB HWK_RAF_DISP main folder
Smoke3.ini --->Into DSB HWK_RAF_DISP main folder

now go back into main FS9 folder and find the icon Client manager,dbl click to open program and scroll down until u find the BAe hawk entries, highlight the 1st one and press apply(not apply all as this tries to do all aircraft in your Aircraft folder and can take a long time if u have excess aircraft n skins) then repeat until all hawks are done

Now start FS9 and join active runway Akrotiri AB(LCRA) with time at 12 noon, once loaded press Shift 5 to get this screens up

click the black button next to connect(in green writing at top) to get this screen

now make sure all data is inputted as seen above(apart from Name) using the keypad and then pressing the black button next to where your entering(eg. if its IP once inputted by keypad press small black button next to where IP is wrote in green) and you will now be on the vRed Arrows IBNET server

our TS i.p is 82.39.41.197 and channel has no Password, please ensure that your set on Push to talk mode as its hard to hear over Echos created by voice activated

I'm going to give it a shot...Will be late so I hope you guys are still up and running...Maybe not...I'd love to try and pay ya'll a visit!! I won't be avaliable till about 22:00 or 23:00gmt though...I will check and see...Thanks!!
