RTW Event

I know it is here somewhere, but how do I register for the Feb. RTW? Also, I read or someone told me the rules for it. If anyone can help, I would appreciate it.

Look at the very top thread in this forum for the rules and stuff. I don't believe there will be a sign-up procedure, though a forum is available at http://fs.softplus.net/fsweb where you can help us plan and let us know of available times, etc.
