Hi Folks,
As promised, I am re-sceduling this one.
If anyone is interested, we will be running an impromptu MP session Saturday ( 7/03/04 )
I chose Saturday because that will leave July 4th free for your celebrations.
The session will start at around 23:00 BST (22:00 GMT)
The IP addresses are:
FSHost server: 82.152.80.185 ( http://82.152.80.185:85 )
TeamSpeak server: 82.152.80.185:8767 (May well change on the day, depending how many we have)

Plan
This will be a night time 'IFR' flight in a regional airline. We plan to use the Citation X. For those who do not have this aircraft the default LearJet or 737 will be fine.

We will be departing from The Hartsfield Atlanta Intl ( KATL ) and our destination is Miami Intl ( KMIA ) A total distance of 520nm.

Remember, this will be IFR as it will be dark during the flight. If you have never done any night flying then you will be supprised, it is quite an experience in FS9.

Restrictions for this session:
There are no restrictions for this session, (No registration is required) anyone is welcome to join. Feel free to hop on the FSHost Server and check that everything is working OK before the start of the session.
Whatever you do, be parked at a stand at 23:00 BST in Atlanta if you plan to take part in the 'fly-down'.
Any other info reqiured will be given at the time of departure.

C'mon, hone up your IFR skills an join us for this relatively short hop down to Miami. If you haven't flow IFR before then come along anyway, we will help you along the way.

See ya on the beach for cocktails..........

You are welcome to reply to this post with any questions you may have regarding this flight.

Man Geoff so far I am 0 for 3 on these MP sessions. The Hawaii one I had to work thru. Now this one and the Mt. Everest I will be in California trying to catch some fish. I really want to make these events. I am sure I will be able to catch one eventually.

Hey Erik,
How ya doin man? Don't worry about not being able to make em. We are aware that not everyone will attend all sessions. One will fall correct for you one day. It's summer time and most people have other things to do. Including us....lol.
You will see far more impromptu events in the winter months and I am sure you will be available for one or two of those.

Great to hear from you again Erik.

Hey Man,

I'm in .... You know 2300 BST is Cocktail hour (or so) here.
Might have to take a "Cocktail Flight" instead of waitin'
till we get there.

Besides I might need some help hopping on FSHost. Guess we can
figure it out on Teamspeak. I'll get there early. Heck might even
pick-up the Citation X as well. I still remember two of you
talking about that plane after we all flew-out of Kapalua.

Okay then Geoff i'll see you there and thanks

Austin

Hey Austin,

Grab that Citation X. Best investment I've made in the last year. Better return on investment than stocks, bonds, slot machines, etc. It's a great bit of work for sure.

Best,

Ed
