I wanted to edit the skin of a Toronto building. So I went to my sceneryb/cities/toronto directory. Then I found which .bmp file corresponded with the building in Toronto I wanted to paint. FInally I used "Imagetool" to change the bmp type to 24 bit and opened it in Photoshop. Once inside Photoshop you can paint and edit the bmp however you want. Then save it, Imagetool back to the TNT1 or whatever the orig. was. Also make sure it is the same filename as the original, of Flightsim won't find it!
