How do you get to the menu bar in Flight Sim 2002

Simple question that probably has a simpel answer???

How does one get to the horizontal menu bar in flight simulator 2002. You know, that thing that has File, Edit, View, Etc....I just downlaoded this scenery creation software and it's located on the menu bar....I dont know how to brink up the menu?

I guess you mean in full screen mode...
      press the ALT-key would do the trick...

Hit ALT key. Menu bar will appear. Go to views menu and uncheck
full screen mode.

Assuming that you are in full screen mode, just press the ALT and ENTER keys together and you will switch to windowed mode.
If you want to stay full screen and just access the menu, just press ALT
