CFS FACH Messerschmitt BF 108 Taifun. The Messerschmitt Bf 108 Taifun was a German single-engine sports and touring aircraft developed by Bayerische Flugzeugwerke (Bavarian Aircraft Works). The Chilean Air force operated only one Messerschmitt Bf 108 during the 1940's, mainly in transport duties, reconnaissance and liaison. This machine was taken to Chile by a German lawyer and arrived around 1937. After served as training of pilots of FACH and LAN-Chile, the beginning of the World War II in Europe, renders difficult the arrival of spare parts, and due to the refusal of USA to provide American engines for "German planes", the Messerschmitt Bf 108 was sold to a Chilean-German citizen (Otto Weiss), that was living in Osorno, and flew until it couldn't for lack of parts, being sold after to an American. CFS API Macro--RAF Austin K2 Ambulance, CFS version of a WWII ground vehicle. The Austin K2 was a military ambulance built by the British Austin Motor Company for the British Commonwealth forces, during World War II. The vehicle was designed by Mann Egerton and could transport ten persons sitting or four in stretchers. A veteran of the World War II declared that this ambulance was able to transport 27 injured in the campaign of the desert. About 13,000 units of this model were built, and currently more than 50 continue today in operation. The maximum speed was 80 Km/h. Macro created with Easy Object Designer (EOD). This is an example of an API macro created by Easy Object Designer (EOD), for CFS scenery designers that they work with Airport 2.0 or later. Austria's all wheel drive Steyr 1500A was one of the many personnel/transport vehicles which was designed to meet Whermacht requirement for standard army 1.5 ton truck. Presented in 1941, the Steyr was used as troop transport in all the war theaters. A total of more than 20,000 were built. The chassis of Steyr 1500A and its reinforced variant Steyr 2000A were also used for fire trucks, omnibus, universal "Funk-Koffer", and different types of cargo carriers with opened, metal or wooden cabins. Known affectionately to American crews as the "Beep", the Dodge 3/4 ton truck was a widely-used supply vehicle of the USAAC on WWII.
