regory Zonsius
is the designer of THE FLYING HIGH Website. Greg is from
Chicago, Illinois USA where he has lived all his life and is glad
flight simulator pilots can fly around HIS city. His love for
aviation and flight simulators has been around for a long time. It
seemed only right that he combine his aviation passion with his
knowledge of computers to guide others with similiar passions. So in
April of 1994 he started the Flying High BBS. On the BBS he offered
anyone willing to call free access from anywhere in the world. The
BBS had a large selection of Flight Simualtor aircraft and scenery
along with software for other flight simulators and general games and
files. He has since moved from those BBS days to the Internet with
his devotion of Aviation & Flight Simulation.Greg's passion for flight made him take the leap in March of 1996. He started taking flying lessons for his private license. Soon he will be able to really buzz those Chicago skyscrapers just like in FS5, (hopefully with better success).
Greg is also a member of THE FRIENDS OF MEIGS FIELD and has designed their website. Meigs Field is in threat to be closed down and the Friends of Meigs Field are fighting to keep this great airfield open. Please help them by visiting their website at http://www.friendsofmeigs.org
Some of Greg's other hobbies and interests include attending airshows, Oshkosh EAA Convention (member), Friends of Meigs Field, biking, camping, computers, surfing the Internet, astronomy and mumbling :)
