've
been involved in designing aircraft for flightsim since the
appearance of Flight Shop in late 1995. As my interest grew, so did my
experimenting. I've done scenery, and more recently have included
panels and sound files in aircraft I've designed. I've even learned
hex editing to add moving parts to some of my latest projects!I specialize in WWII propeller driven aircraft, and have built over thirty to date. I enjoy the camaraderie of the aircraft design community and have corresponded with scores of other designers, sharing ideas and learning new techniques. Most recently I've joined Pegasus Aviation Design and look forward to a long and fruitful affiliation.
When I'm not designing aircraft I am busy working. "Doc" is my nickname and my title! I'm a physician. But I do find time to fly airplanes in the real world and build furniture in my workshop. My photo was taken on the day of my first solo in a Cessna 172.
