am French, 50 years old, with 3 children: Carole who is living in
France, Stephen who is for 2 years in the Pacific Islands and Audrey
who's working in England.I started my studies in a French Air Force School to become an engine specialist. I also during that time started to fly with sailplanes and became a private pilot. After a total of 8 years in the French Air Force I restarted to study and start to work for MICHELIN in Clermont-Ferrand (France). It was 26 years ago... where I am working as consultant to improve the efficiency of the company and I really became involve with computers.
For my job I used to travel a lot over the world. I have even been expatriate in several countries. In 1985 I found the very first FLIGHT SIMULATOR in B&W and I started to fly again with the Cessna on a PC XT.
Since then I have bought all versions and I also tried ATP which is the best for me. For two year now I've had to stay at home with a very bad back (already one operation and an other one is coming soon) and I found it interesting to do the main travels I have done in my live with my PC. But I wanted to fly the right planes with the right colors. I started to paint one AFX and I asked authors to send me their AFX what they did.
Then we became friends and they ask me to repaint their planes in French colors and for the time being I have done about 60 planes. I traveled with most of them. I am still looking for a good AFX of ATR42 and B707.
My other interests are cooking (I am quite a great chef), playing
jazz saxophone, computers and programming, Internet, politics, economy
and philosophy. Before my accident I use to play tennis and squash
and I have been pretty a good sealer.
