Henri de Marcellus is the Chief Operations Officer at Roger Wilco. He was roommate #3. He does all the financial work, internal billing, investment negotiations, legal mumbo jumbo, hiring, accounting, and switchboard operator. He is known as "paper boy" and keeps all the paperwork and red tape away from the others so they can do their jobs.

Henri has a military background as well. Not just a mess hall chef or something like that. He was a tank commander driving M1A1 Abrams during the "Reagan cold war" era. He patrolled the lines between eastern and western Germany. Wow. What a past job this guy had. I asked him if he ever blew up anything or shot anything with the tank's massive cannons and he said that he only took a pot shot at a stray cat once. Besides driving tanks in his spare time, Henri was Dr. de Marcellus at Oxford University as well as in Africa! Jokingly, I asked him "so you're going to be an astronaut next, right?" and he certainly didn't deny liking the sound of that.
