Michael Malizola

Michael is the VP of Marketing and seriously looks like he has his hands full. With Looking Glass doing the developing, Electronic Arts doing the publishing, and both companies working with their own PR reps, it looks like Mike will be very busy. So add to that the fact that he gets to work with all Looking Glass titles and he has to be a very busy man. We found Mike to be extremely helpful in our visit to Looking Glass, ready and willing to do great things with FlightSim.Com to get the word out on what a great product they have created.


Sandra Smith

Sandra is the Flight Unlimited III producer. She has been extremely helpful in introducing us to the team, making sure we got tee-shirts and a whole host of goodies. Sandra even hooked us up with Electronic Arts so we could be sure to coordinate our efforts when it came to prizes and contests. Together Tom Sperry and Sandra took us to lunch down the street from Looking Glass. We had a great time talking about the future of flightsims and the new level of realism that Looking Glass is about to introduce.

Now here is a guy with a Bill Gates attitude (I say that in a nice way). Tom really impressed me as being the kind of person that wants to have a Flight 3 product on every desktop. We talked about it at lunch in fact. He seems convinced they have created the best FlightSim product on the market, now he is trying to figure out how to tell every person in the civilized world. Best favor you can do for him and the team is TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS about Flight Unlimited III.

Tom is the project director and manages the entire team for Flight Unlimited III. He comes from years of experience at Microsoft in development of the FS line.

On a final note I have to add that these three people are carrying a tremendous load. Yet they act as though they are just part of the team. The management style seems to be one of suggestion and encouragement rather than one of demands. They are quick to always give their team credit and work hard to give you time out of their busy schedule to answer questions and meet any of your needs. It was clear to me why Flight Unlimited III was setting a new standard in the industry, it is the promotion, leadership, guidence and professionalism of people like them and the teams they manage.
