When we first walked into Mike's office he was just about to have some lunch. Mike quickly switched hats (literally) and went into Flight 3 mode. He actually has three hats (see the one on his monitor) that each represent a whole different project he is working at Looking Glass. Mike is the QA Manager. He graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Industrial Engineering. Mike has worked with Looking Glass since 1996. He was a play tester on Terra Nova, Flight95, and British Open Championship Golf. Mike was the lead tester on Thief, and served many roles in QA on Flight2. Mike is also an adventure and challenge builder and you'll hear his voice in some of them.

Chris Siegel

Chris is the QA Lead for Flight 3. Chris oversees the entire quality assurance operations. He makes sure the beta testers work overtime so that all the bugs will be squashed before the products ships. He is also known for drinking up to 10 mugs of coffee per day while remaining calm. See all those coffee cups beside his terminal?

QA Group

Now this is the group of guys that do exactly what we do with Flight Unlimited III. Play it for hours on end. Only this group gets paid to do it. See all the smiles on those faces!
