What we would do? We all meet in Seattle at KSEA, with our favorite plane and outbound route. Have everything set when you join the FFF. You can set weather or use real-world. Have your plane on the ground, FMC loaded if needed, fuel loaded and all charts or other tools you may use. Next, connect to VAFS, setup your flight and be ready to go. Then connect to TeamSpeak at exactly 6:00pm PST. We will just shoot the breeze for a bit until everyone joins.
