The Historic Airline Group recently added two new airlines to their ever-expanding group of classic airlines. American Overseas Airlines' trans-Atlantic routes were added when pilots requested more flights for their Boeing Stratocruisers. These flights represent America's earliest trans-Atlantic scheduled routes. When American Airlines wanted to expand into European destinations, AOA proved to be a ready-made subsidiary that already had overseas experience with the Army's Air Transport Command. HAG has also added United Airlines' Stratocruiser flights from San Francisco/Los Angeles to Hawaii as well as domestic service on the west coast.

The Historic Airline Group has moved into the eastern European market by adding classic flights for Poland's LOT airline, using the classic Ilyusin IL-18 turboprop airliner. This aircraft, available here at Flightsim.com, enabled LOT to expand to destinations in the Middle East and Africa. LOT was first established in 1929, making it one of the oldest airlines in the world and a perfect start to our eastern European group. We will be adding other classic Russian types like the TU-134 in the near future.

The Historic Airline Group has more classic airlines and more classic aircraft than any other virtual airline. If you're looking to enjoy the fun of flying classic airliners on classic routes throughout the world, then we invite you to check us out at www.historicairlinegroup.com.
