11. USING FS2000


CAN YOU UPGRADE FROM THE REGULAR EDITION TO THE PRO VERSION OF FS2000?


There is unfortunately no way to upgrade from the standard to the pro version.
It's not just to copy the extra files because there are conflicts between the
two versions and different files sharing the same names.

Probably the easiest way is to go back to the store where you bought the game
and ask if you can switch to the pro-version and only pay the differential sum.

CAN FS2K BE USED WITH THE NEW WINDOWS 2000?


Would someone know if FS2K can be installed and works with Windows 2000?

No problem. However, on my machine it is slower than running FS2000 under Win98.

HOW CAN I SOLVE A PROBLEM USING THE FS2000 FORUM?  


Using the search function, try a key word involving your problem.  Since
there many messages on the forum, the search function can get overloaded,
so start with a message about 1000 messages back.  If that doesn't bring
up pertinent discussions, try to go further back, and so on.  If the
problem hasn't been covered in the FAQ or in the message forum, it just
hasn't been invented yet!
