Where In The World 26?

By Ron Blehm
3 November 2009

A place that I'd love to go is Corfu, Greece (or Kerkyra, Ioannis Kapodistrias (LGKR) as I was reminded). THANK YOU for all the screen shots, that was fantastic - I even got a photo (real world) from the FO's seat of a Thomas Cook A320 taxiing out from the terminal to runway 17!

This may have been too easy for our guessers listed below:

Carlos Rufin
Ted Freeman
Rhys Williams
Alan Rooney
Tijmen Gelsing
David Lee
David Austin
John Nelson
C.Brown
Robin Tannahill
Richard Butej
Sergio Cabral
Juan Andres
Robert D. Colton
Peter Allcock
Scott Simmons
Steve Parker
Jack Myers
Frank A. McFall II
Rick Branch
Aris E. King
Wayne Stephan
Rodrigo Garnier
Reid H. Gearhart
Marco Roth
Matthias Schaper
Etienne Deho
Doug Vokey
Rik Vyverman
Otto Hans
Ken Jagger
John Graham
Mick Jones
Pablo Fraga
Nick Skellern
Hugh McLean
Dave Carmichael
Geoff Abbate
Dai Williams
Michael Pantelis
Panagiotis El Sisi

Now, the real world photo below is a bit vague I'll admit but here are some clues:

"The nation is just under 118,000 km2. It was an Italian colony from 1890, came under British Authority in 1941 and was then federated to its neighbor by a UN resolution which was adopted in December 1950."

Your challenge this time is to tell us Where in the World these photos by Christian Entenza are from.

Note: I have a follow-up story from Where in the World number 24 by Robin Tannahill. (You'll have to look at the real photos to get this) Robin writes, "Recently my nephew said, 'I took the Wife to Berlin' and I thought, 'That's nice of him' but it wasn't till he showed me photos of his Cessna that I realized his real wife had remained firmly back in Scotland!" Ahhh, great stuff! Thanks Robin!
